Finished: The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
I 'spose I'm a bad daddy, but I just couldn't read the n-word out loud to my kidlings. We also skipped a few paragraphs where the murder and terrorized aftermath was discussed. This is a bedtime for 6 and 3 yr old tradition - and although I figure old Twain would probably take issue with me, he's dead and can't sue.
Started: Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe
