The new curriculum
Basic curriculum for our 6 yr old:
First Language Lessons for the Well-Trained Mind - 100 lessons - 2/week
Handwriting Without Tears - a little each day
Ordinary Parent's Guide to Teaching Reading - 231 lessons - 5/week
Right Start Mathematics - 107 lessons - 3/week (some lessons take a few days)
The Story of the World - book one/Ancient times - 42 chapters - 1/week
The standard plethora of extracurricular activities and field trips as they occur.
The windows have a fresh layer of tinfoil. The neighbors think we've moved. We told the church we became Nazarites. The gubment scientists got no jurisdiction here. I think we're ready for another year.
